Pondering Before Rosh Hashanah

שָׁלוֹם ‎  It is nearly sunset signalling the start of Rosh Hashanah, and to be perfectly honest, I'm concerned what the next year will bring in. In the last what? 2 months we have had Kim Jong-Un, the leader of The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, testing nuclear weapons, hydrogen weapons, and in a flagrant act of war, he not once , but twice , flew ballistic missiles over Japanese territory and it has so far ended on the US President Donald Trump stating that if they threaten them or an ally, they will destroy them. I always like to look for the good in the new years to come, a chance to really try to make complete G*d's Will. A chance to set the path straight and realise what needs to be done. Maybe just even taking a moment to thank G*d for everything He has done. However with the acts that have preceded this new year on, on Rosh Hashanah I will have this thought lingering in the back of my head. But what can be done about it? What can we do ourselves to
